Indoor potty training method that works!
"Tucker" ( my 3lb Maltese ) was my inspiration to design the "Tinkle Tray"

Tucker was always such a small little guy, steps & outdoors in cold Minnesota winters wasn't much of an option with this little guy. After a lot of thought and thinking I came up with the Tinkle Tray. He was my 1st. Guinea pig so to speak... And it worked!!!! I have trained several young litters of Min Pins, Maltese and my friend has trained her Yorkie pups on them too. If you're looking for a convenient "indoor" potty training method this is the one for you! The Tinkle Tray can also be used on patio's or decks to keep your grass green & keep your pet safe from the bigger critters that may roam your back yards.

Simply place a wee wee pad in the tray & place the specially designed grid on top of it. Your puppy will never come in contact with their own urine, Once they poop on it just pick it up with a tissue & flush it. Once they are totally trained to use it, you can use newspaper instead of the wee wee pads. This is an affordable way to indoor house break your dog. . The last picture is of a dirty Tinkle Tray, You can see where Tucker pee'd. It instantly absorbed in the pad below the grid & his paws stayed dry & clean.

It is always good to start them out in a small pen with the Tinkle Tray until they get the hang of it. Pictured below is Tuckers pen. I lock him in here during the day when I'm gone & at night. I leave it open during the day when I'm home & he goes in when he needs to potty. As you can see he's using newspapers now and the yellowish tint on the newspapers is urine. He can be left alone all day , and not have to "hold it" in a crate.

Marj, just a little note to tell you that the tinkle tray is wonderful for Dot, we put her on it twice once  big potty, once to tinkle, she's went to it ever since. The tinkle tray is absolutely genius and the little 10 week old puppy is really smart. She has really been an absolute joy, and the tinkle tray has made her training the best it could be. I would recommend this for any body with a pup or indoor dog to housetrain. I am a camper person with a 5th wheel and this has been a very appreciated tool in my new pups training. Marj! Your Tinkle Tray is wonderful! I raise Maltese and Maltipoos and have all the pups trained to your tray when I sell them. I have been getting great feedback from my buyers. This winter has been so cold and snowy that training the pups to the outdoors is almost impossible, so the trays are invaluable. The pups train so easily to the trays and it is so easy to clean after they use it. The pups get used to being clean and that makes transition to a new home easier.
